Pokemon Diamond - pokemon transferred from sapphire

I'm using a rom version of Pokemon Diamond (JP) and had just transferred pokemon from pokemon sapphire (JP) to Pokemon Diamond (JP)'s pal park. I used the pokemon editor to put the pokemon from the pal park to my PCBOX.

Some of the pokemon from Pokemon Sapphire was checked as an unknown or hacked pokemon through the legality checker. I want to know why it turned out to be unknown or hacked pokemon. My Pokemon Sapphire was never hacked or anything.

editted: I tried the legal checker for Pokemon Platinum and the pokemon from Sapphire passed the legal check. I'm guessing there were some problems because the version of the legal checker is outdated.
