is there any editors or cheats to do the following

im looking to play through G/S/C and am wondering if there is an editor that i can creat eggs of certain pokemon so i can hatch them and level them to get them in my pokedex or if there is a cheat i can enter in visual boy and transfer to my game in order to catch trainers pokemon that way i can obtain all 250 ( ithink it is) without trading because that isnt an option unfortunatly
