pal-park pkm question

First of all sorry if this thread doesn't belong here. Anyway I know that pkm migrated to platinum must have their 46h hex changed to 37. And if migrated to HG/SS the 86h also gets edited to the pokeball with which the pokemon was originally caught in.

Recently a friend asked me to create a pkm for him that he once had. It was migrated to platinum. now he wants so that in addition to being migrated to platinum it is traded from platinum to HG/SS. i believe the hex for 46h would be 37 because it was migrated but the 86h would still be 00 because once hex are set trading the pokemon would not change it. Is this train of thought correct?

And the next question , in the summary of the pokemon pal-parked pokemon say "Arrived ..." would that hold true for a pokemon migrated and then traded or should i expect an "Apparently..." type message typical for traded pokemon or a combination of both?

Once a Pokemon gets its hex values, those shouldn't change, so yes, you are correct. 46h stays 37, 86h remains 00.

As for the summary, it would stay "Arrived at..." No changes there.
