This game is usually named "Super Mario Bros 2" in Japan. It was released only in Japan for the Famicom since 1986. This game contains uber challenging levels! You are only qualified to played this game if your rank is a true gamer or higher. Luckily, this game made it's appearance in Super Mario All-Stars. In The Lost Levels, there are Poison Mushrooms. If you touch one, you will shrink or lose a life. It's going to be difficult to keep your streak till you clear World D-4. This is one of the toughest game that brought back memories in the Mario series.
