Solution to getting rid of ball capsules on bad eggs

Ok so I was chatting with a friend and he told me a way he got this to work

say u have a bad egg in ur pokemon party that has a ball capsule here's what u do to get rid of it:

1. Go to someone who is and in game trader(u mustn't have traded with them already for this to work)

2. Talk to them when they ask u to trade w/e it is they want say yes

3. When picking a pokemon select the bad egg with the ball capsule

4. It will say something Like capsule will be detached is this ok select yes

5. They'll then say that's not the pokemon they wanted.

fixed your bad egg now has no ball capsule and you can Now get rid of it hope this has helped a lot of people cuz it sure has me ^^

ok sorry for reviving this 2 year old thread but I am very grateful for this information here.

OMG thank you SO much!! You prob don't go here anymore but thanks so much! I was so scared I would be stuck with it forever and need to restart my game!! I tried to make a latios but it came out as lv110 with ?51 in all stats!! But it also works if you try to deposit the pokemon in the GTS! It removed the capsual for me that way too! Now I just need someone to take the latios away muhhaha
