Pokesav for HeartGold/Soul Silver Problems

Hello forum I have a problem, hopefull someone will help:

I downloaded Pokesav for HG/SS for USA and created a file, created the XML ect. When I drag the file to Action Replays custom code list it created the POKESAV thing and has Pokemon HeartGold/ HG and the Soul Silver one along with the Pokesav Generated cheat. When I try to drag the cheat into the real HeartGold in the custom code list the cheat doesnt move. Also the Game IDs for the Pokesav file HeartGold/ HG is different that the one from Codejunkies. I am not sure what is happening but I think it has to do with the Pokesav I downloaded but I tried the US and Japan versions and they had the same outcome. Anyone know what to do?

Don't Drag, First put Pokemon Heart Gold into Custom Code List. Second, right click on it and select new code type in what you want to call the code. Finally, When you open the .XML you will see the two sperate code copy and paste the Heart Gold code to where code is normally typed in.
