Pikachu Coloured Pichu "Hacked or Unknown Pokemon"

I just downloaded the SPR2010 Shiny Pichu from pkmdb and I scanned it with the legality checker and it told me the type is a "Hacked or Unknown Pokemon", I have no clue wether this is actually legit or not ):

I have solved your problem it is the fact wild Pichu's can't be caught naturally in the wild they can only be hatched from an egg and a pichu knowing volt tackle is on a thing that happens when you either hack or have an event
