Request to raise level of trainers pokemon by X amount in HG/SS

I found an awesome code that lets you rebattle any trainer (i am hoping gym leaders too) when you press R.

I haven't tried it yet because I was hoping for one more code.

Is it possible to make a code that when activated would automatically raise the level of every trainer/gym leader/elite 4 members pokemon by X amount of levels? X being where we put in whatever number we want in the code? If this is possible I would prefer it work with the above code. Maybe have this could just be activated at power up with no in game activation button?

This would make the game so much more fun and add a lot more replay value to it.

This is for the US version btw

OH and would it also be possible to make a separate code that would let you set a STATIC level for all gym leaders and trainers pokemon, that would not require a button press?

and if im not being too picky, maybe separate codes for gym leaders/E4 and normal trainers.
