SS Stats Problem When Put Into PC Box

Hey guys, my first post

I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue? Everytime I put my pokemon (Poksav hg/ss 0.3 made) into the pc box and take it out, the stats are all messed up. Like the stats get lowered by 100-200. I made all the pokemon Legal stats and after finding this out, I made the stats a bit lower than the MAX stats but still the same thing.

Is there a solution to this problem? Because I don't want to constantly repeat the steps. Also, will these modified stats work on WiFi Battles? By that I mean, say you see the SP Attack stats of a Suicune for example 200 but when your on WiFi the stats is actually lowered but you can still see that it's 200 in the summary.
