Pokesaved HG/SS Pokemon on Pokemon D/P/Pl

I have pokemon diamond and the pokesav for Pokemon diamond and I want to make pokemon with HG/SS egg moves. To look legal/legit, what should it say in the trade screen. I gave away pokemon on another site and wild pokemon from HG/SS say caught in a faraway place, but if someone bred a pokemon on HG/SS then traded it to someone with a sinnoh game, what would it say for both meeting the pokemon and where the egg hatches? Thanks!
