Pokemon FR/LG, Making celadon eevee shiny?

Hello, I am editing my Fire Red save to make the eevee you get in celadon city shiny. However the legal check gives me this error when I click the star button:

"Invalid: PID+ correlation does not match what was expected for the Encounter's type."

I am new to using this editor so I'm not sure what to do. Is there a way to make this eevee shiny?

For the shiny icon, it's Alt + Click.

Thank you! I didn't know I need to use the alt key! Why is that?
