Requesting help to transfer old pokémons to HOME

Hello, I have a few old .pk7 files that I would like to transfer to HOME, but unfortunately, I don't have access to a 3DS or PokeBank.

If someone would be able to get them through Bank, then HOME, and then upload them back into .pk9, I would be very grateful (and also willing to trade if I can provide something useful of course) !
