I heard that I can't use PKHeX for Scarlet because of the Home tracker

If you have home trackers in PK9 file applied normally, please help

Or can anyone help me send and receive Pokemon Home Tracker using the 3DS transfer feature and then export it to .PK9 file and add it to the save file?
