koudai8 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) I'd like to have a living dex (at least the fully-evolved mons) in Pokemon Home, so that I can transfer them to Pokemon Champions without going through all the trouble of recruiting them. I have gotten the regular ones for S/V (the latest generation, so it has the most complete pokedex in theory), from here https://projectpokemon.org/home/files/file/4968-home-compatible-living-dex-regular-and-shiny/. I noticed that they have Pokemon Home Tracker IDs, and I've heard that some say those are globally unique and if anyone else gets the living pokedex pokemon from the file above and deposited into pokemon Home, no one else can deposit them. I wonder if this is true. Based on the Potential Use column, it appears that pokemon Home should accept it and shouldn't be an issue. However, I wonder if Nintendo will potentially crackdown on the cloning, if the same pokemon with the same Home Tracker value show up multiple times. Or, many pokemon from trainer Passociate suddenly show up everywhere. Quote For players to inject a Pokémon into the respective game as the pcdata.bin (even if it isn't the origin game of said Pokémon) and be able to use Pokémon HOME to transfer said Pokémon across games [reminder to not modify the immutable values] Suppose that the Home Tracker is a problem, and I need to zero them out, is the best strategy to use the Origin version, and load those pokemon into the game of that version, clear out Home Tracker ID (if any), and deposit into Home for each game?
