Corrupted Ultra Sun save file

Hello, 

Is there any way to fix my corrupted Ultra Sun save? I was playing a rom hack version of the game called Supernova Sun on Citra and I think I may have closed the emulator while the game was still saving, which ended up corrupting the save file. The save file loads just fine on PKHeX though but whenever I try to play on the emulator now, I get an error message telling me that "The saved gama data is corrupted."
