Unable to load Sav file to PKHeX

Game: Pokemon Emerald Imperium

It is a randomizer

I have set up the PKHax Batch file to load it in 'illegal mode'

I have trimmed the extra 16 characters off of the sav file so it is now 128KB

Emulator is through mGBA

I have used in game save several times. I'm not early in the game. 

Still unable to upload the sav file to PKHeX. Always receive the 'attempted to upload unsupported sav file'

I tried doing my research to avoid making this post, but it seems like at least one of the above methods fixed everyones issues besides mine.
