Gb poke transporter help

I’m getting this message from the cartridge of GB transporter 

I need help to either reset it or am I cooked and need another one? I have another GBA 

I’m trying to transfer over from my gen 1&2 games to emerald 

sorry I’m new to this 

if I need an update where do I send it to? lol

First off, if you’re getting an error message from the GB Transporter, it might just need a reset. As for updates, I don’t think the GB Transporter itself can be updated, it’s pretty much locked to its original functionality.
