Not able to receive / use membercard in Pokemon Platinum

Hey there, 

I want to catch Darkrai in Pokemon Platinum (or Platin to be exact, the german version). I tried injecting the .pcd (the wondercard), but the green guy didn't appear in any Pokémart. Then I tried with the .pgt (the item itself). I got the item, but for some reason the game doesn't really activate the event. So I got the membercard in my bag but the event still doesn't appear. I tried it on my 3DS and on melonDS emulator.

I used the tutorial you had on the website for injecting (thx btw, had problems before). 

If anyone knows how to receive it using the .pcd or knows how to activate the event, I would appreciate is so much!

The Member Card in Pokémon Platinum was an event-exclusive key item distributed via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection during limited-time promotions.  
It is no longer active as the official Wi-Fi events ended years ago. 

Key Details:
Event Periods:
North America:      August 3, 2009 – September 13, 2009
Japan:              December 1, 2008 – January 15, 2009
Europe & Australia: August 3, 2009 – November 13, 2009

Requirements to Active:
Have the National Pokédex.
Have completed the Cresselia event on Fullmoon Island (obtained the Lunar Wing). 

How to Use:
After receiving the Member Card, go to the Harbor Inn in Canalave City and talk to the man in the room.  
He will send you to Newmoon Island in a dream, where you can encounter Level 50 Darkrai.
