Change Gen6 WonderCard Dates to Match Period

Hello,

I am currently filling in missing Gen 6 events by injecting .wc6 files into my save using PKHeX. However, the files in the Event Gallery have fixed dates that fall outside the legitimate distribution window for my small country.

Is there a way to modify the Wonder Card date within PKHeX before or during the injection process? I have tried changing my PC’s system clock, but the date on the card stays the same.

Is it possible to make sure that the dates match the distribution period that actually happened in my country? I'm not looking to cheat, nor use any illegal software, I only want to change the date of the WonderCard.
