Hello everyone!

As we are all fans of creature-based RPGs here, I’ve been keeping a very close eye on Hytale. Beyond just being a "Minecraft-like" game, its focus on scripted RPG encounters and its built-in Model Maker seem like a dream come true for modders—especially those interested in custom entities and monster catching mechanics.

I’ve recently launched a community resource site to track its development: HytaleGame.site

We are building a comprehensive database that might be useful for this community once the game launches:

  • Creature Encyclopedia: Detailed info on the zones and mobs of Orbis.

  • Server Directory: A place to discover upcoming communities (hytalegame.site/servers).

  • Tech & Tools: Breaking down how the Hytale engine handles custom assets.

I’m curious to know—given the modding expertise here at Project Pokémon—do you see potential in Hytale for creating advanced monster-collecting mods (like a next-gen Pixelmon)?
