GEn 6 EXP Share for DS Gens

Hey Guys, 
i was replaying my old Pearl edition and got into the tedious xp "grind" at some point and i was wondering if there is a rom hack/patch that adds the Gen 6 EXP Share mechanic into the game and eventually to all Gen 4 and Gen 5 Pokemon games?

If not would it be technicaly possible currently, since it needs code injection and a eventusally a new item to disable that mechanic?
