On chromebook so limited on what can do, please help edit my emerald save file?

I would do it myself, but dont have access to a computer to use programs and the .sav editors on websites are limited...

Can anyone help? Theres 3 seperate things id like, but willing to take whatever help i can get.

1. Regi dolls added to the save

2. Fill the secret base slots(idc if its setup for ev training or if its personal bases)

3.  if possible id also quite enjoy playing the imablissy events but this is easily the one i care least about...

Please? Id do it myself if i could, but the needed programs arent doable on this device

So i managed to get the regi dolls myself but still wont be able to mix records or add any of imablissys events heres a updated save file
