Attempted to load an unsupported file type/size - FireRed and Emerald

I've used for the past years a hacked 3ds to play injected GBA games, and used GodMode9 to dump and make a backup of my save files and to use it in Pkhex, but recently I tried to do this and this error appeared. I'm on the latest version and for some reason these are the only ones that don't load. 

This is the message that appears when I try to load it on PkHex:

"Attempted to load an unsupported file type/size.
File loaded:

(65536 bytes (0x10000) for Pokemon Emerald)

Any tips on what I can do? The saves are attached below, first is for FireRed and second is Emerald. I'd really love if someone could help.
