Emerald Save Corrupted - Box Data Recovery?

Hey yall, 

 

Recently, I backed up my save using GB operator so I could try out some ACE exploits. Now that I'm trying to inject the save back on my cartridge, my save is completely missing. When checking the save using PkHex, I get the error saying that the file size/type is not supported. Even the backup of the backup is corrupted. 

Would anyone be willing to help me fix the save? It has all of my living dex progress on it and getting it back would be a godsend.
