Invisible Marley is stopping me from reaching Route 224

So a while ago, I posted a topic about Stark Mountain, and how due to using Pokésav scripts, I accidentally softlocked the Stark Mountain arc. Thankfully, someone was able to fix it, with the lil side effect of Buck becoming invisible in the Charon confrontation cutscene. I thought it wasn't anything more than just a silly glitch.

Well, fast forward to now, and I decided to go to Route 224 because of a Natu swarm, since I was looking to add them to my living dex. But I haven't gotten there yet, so I went to Victory Road to visit there, but to do so, I needed to guide Marley to the end. One problem: Marley isn't there. And because she isn't there, the game freezes whenever I begin the team-up.

I've tried messing around with my save with PKHeX to fix this. I've tried switching around every possible flag regarding Marley and Route 224, but no matter what, I can't restore Marley or mark the sidequest as complete. Is my save just doomed? Or is there a way to fix this, whether by wiping Marley away or revealing her to the naked eye? I uploaded my save so that others can experiment and possibly find a solution.
