Question: ROM hacks request. Pokemon Eggrald (Emerald) and Pokemon Fire Egg (Fire Red)

Hi my name is Lord Solgaleo! Ive played all pokemon games up till switch ones (cuz i do not have a switch) I Prefer the gen 7 games but I like all pokemon games. In pokemon Ultra Sun, I have over half the legendary pokemon. And I have played and beat over 250 Rom Hacks for the gba! I was wondering if someone could make two Rom hacks for pokemon emerald and for pokemon fire red for me with the same concept: Egg hatching! Here are the details:

POKEMON EGGRALD

STORY LINE: The same as the original game exactly
STARTERS: The same as the original game exactly
BASE GAME: The same as the original game exactly
Basically it is the same exact game except . . . there is no grass, rocks, or water encounters (surfing or fishing) and no encounters in caves or deserts (basically no wild pokemon encounters EXCEPT for the legendary battles.) But now every time you battle and win you get an Egg! If you lose you do not. And the pokemon that hatches from it can be literally any pokemon from emerald Including evolutions of basic pokemon and legendaries. At the pokemart pokeballs are replaced with eggs each one costs 500$. And when you are rival gives you pokeballs they are replaced with master balls for catching the legendary pokemon in the game. all trainers that you fight again after beating them will still give you an egg. All items on the ground that you find are still the same ones except the balls (great,ultra,nest,poke,etc) are replaced with rare candy to help speed up evolution. And all the items in pokemart and stores are the same (Except balls)
TRAINERS/GYM LEADERS. Have the same as the original game exactly

If no one can make this or requests are not allowed that is okay. But if possible I would like someone to make this Rom hack.
