I need help with action replay Pokemon Platinum/Modifier

I need help with the real codes. All the code that i have try do not work (Action Replay)

i use the calculator code.... i properly did it right the proper step by step ( 151Mew click L c, lev40 Click R c, Nature select)

i try this step 100s of time the only part that dont work is the pokemon part. the level show up, the nature show up but never the pokemon i want. plz some tell me wats worng. P.S i try the code backwards and every possible way to do n i still dont get the pokemon i want.... I get the level, Nature, but never the pokemon. HELP
