Help please for PKHex gen 3

So I use pkhex for Pokemon emerald and sometimes when I use it to give me a couple items it rolls me back a save before the save I previously just saved .i understand emerald has 2 types of saves a recent and a back up but sometimes it will tell me the save file is corrupted and the previous will be loaded.is this gonna brick my save or am I going to be ok?can someone explain please

If your cartridge is original, there shouldn't be any problems restoring your save.

If your cartridge is a copy, use this tutorial.
