Issue with saving after use Pkhex on yuzu brilliant diamond

Hi everyone, I have an issue with the save filemodified with pkhex in pokemon brilliant diamond. I use the pc for pkhex and replace the new save file in the relative yuzu folder (I use an android retroconsole). Every time the game restarts from the beginning and not from the point where I saved the previous file that I modified. Has anyone had the same problem as me? How did you solve it? Thanks for your help.
