Desperately Need Help with Frisk In Pokemon

I'm starting to think I actually need to PAY people to help me out because just asking for help has been a dead end, how much would paying someone to help cost me? 100? 200? I can tell anywhere below 50 is out of the question. I need so much help getting this hunk of junk to function as intended, I am all alone, I have no one to turn to, no one is answering my earlier requests for help and this HexManiacAdvanced program just. Won't. WORK.

Bike shop is completely borked because THE PROGRAM decided to get pissy at me for updating the text by permadeleting significant code making it impossible to even get the bike. Wouldn't even let me copy paste from the original Emerald Rom to fix it. Had to put a damn Pokeball with a bike in it in the shop just to get it to function. I just got done gutting Meteor Falls beyond repair just so I could move around the damn place during testing, in trying to open it up I somehow ended up making it inaccessible, I think I might have to restart my entire playthrough from scratch to make sure the cutscene still works. And apparently I can't even use the Add Trainer option anymore, it'll just gut rematch fights for the data needed. AND THE INSIDE OF THE TRUCK AT GAME START STILL GOES GLITCHY!!

I would just appreciate any help I can get. In fact here's the latest build for any that want to see what they can do.
