Gen 2-4 shiny odds & breeding

Hello, Been a lurker outside but decided to join as I do need help & hope someone is willing to head my request? So I've been playing older generations & while I've been having fun I want to experience the games in a easier light mostly from both shiny hunting & breeding. I was wondering if there is a way in editing the games files ( mostly fire red & heart gold as these are my target games ) as a patch with the following.

• - Shiny odds to 1/273
• - Breeding with shiny Ditto via Masuda method ( if possible in gen 3 ) - 1/64
• - Synchronize 100% when first lead in party
• - Everstone passes down nature 100% when breeding

Any help would be appreciated.
