Looking for Pokemon rom hacks that enhance the vanilla games

Sorry for making a post it's just there are so many rom hacks out there that it's actually too overwhelming for me. I already looked for some rom hacks for Pokemon Platinum and one for Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver but couldn't find anything for black and white

Well I'm looking for Pokemon rom hacks that are an enhancement to the vanilla games like removing HMs which is a must have for me and I want no difficulty changes. I really just want enhanced rom hacks. I haven't played the DS games because HMs actually put me off from playing them. I'd be willing to compromise though if the rom hack let's you access your PC from anywhere so I could switch in my HM Pokemon and then switch the "normal" Pokemon back in. That's the only compromise I'd be willing to take. Sorry for sounding so harsh. I'm just having a hard time finding Pokemon rom hacks that match what I'm looking for

Also the rom hacks have to be compatible with emulators because I'm playing on my Steam Deck

Could someone please help me out here?
