adding custom pokemon to rumble blast? (hypothetically speaking)

it's been.. ages since i posted about kecleon shop text (never did find it oops) and i'm still very very clueless on a lot of these things, including if this is even the right part of the forums. but, i'm wondering how plausible, theoretically, it'd be to add in pokemon to rumble blast? when i say custom i don't really mean from scratch, moreso just pokemon that were added in rumble world and rumble rush (though rumble world is probably much more plausible here, i imagine rumble rush is a whole can of worms since it's a mobile app).

my guess is that adding pokemon from rumble world would be simple if you know what you're doing (i don't), but actually getting them to appear and giving them movesets, plus making them appear in the... whatever this game's equivalent of a pokedex was called, that'd be the hard part.

i know a save editor exists for this game but it seems like that's about all there is unfortunately, which kinda sucks
