First time attempting - Getting error "Binary is not compatible with Save"

To preface, i barely know what im doing. 

Tried uploading my Gen 1 yellow .sav file and was prompted with the above error message. Not sure whats a matter with my file, i opened it a hex editor but idk what im looking at. 

Hoping someone can help me figure out whats my issue, thanks!

 

Also, slightly off-topic, but is there members here will make/edit sav files for me? Im not looking for anything complex, just like max money, x99 rare candy, and maybe a 1-2 pokemon at the beginning of gen 1-2 games.
