Codes for TV Events in Emerald

Can someone help with Gameshark/AR codes to trigger the following Hoenn News events?

-Blend Master

-Lilycove Sale

-Surskit Swarm Route 117 (I know that usually you have to mix records to enable this. Wondering if there's a cheat that'll just trigger the swarm anyways, as clearly the necessary code is already present in the game.)

And is there a difference between triggering the TV program, or the actual event? I tried toggling a few in-game flags in PKHeX, but no events where happening when I visited Lilycove.
