(gen 2) make a pokemon appear transferred?

i played a rom hack of pokemon crystal which allows me to get every pokemon, now i'm trying to use pkhex to legalize every pokemon and transfer them to a normal save of VC crystal so that i can transfer them up, however i don't know what i gotta do to make pkhex think that i transferred the gen 1 legendaries from rby with the time capsule, and since they're legendaries i can't make it think i just hatched them like the starters or fossils

ok i seem to have found solution, i just opened another instance of pkhex with a gen 1 save, drag the legendaries in gen 1 and back to gen 2 and they work...

...except for mew, every time i do it it still appears as caught in GSC, even when i try with the pk1 from the official event for VC rby

why?
