Pokémon Rumble (WiiWare) Save/File Modification

Hello, I'm getting into the whole groove of modifying rumble, but it's hard to understand where I should start when it comes to modifying its files.
Yes, this has been mentioned, but all of the answers lead down to Pokémon Rumble World and not Pokémon Rumble, and answers even unrelated are unclear.

I am aware of the ticket modifier and several other fun little codes, and I play with them on occasion, but that's about all of my knowledge.
I have tried multiple Wii/general save editors as well; but none of them seem to be able to process the file.

Is there any clear editing software or tutorials on modifying these files and how I can recognize what is what in the present?
I do have a HEX viewer, and I am able to clearly see the code, but have no idea how to modify it without completely wrecking my game and/or look at it clearly. Thanks for reading this.
