Generating Legal Shiny Mesprit and Cresselia in PKHex on Platinum

Hello,

 

I am trying to generate legal shiny Mesprit and Cresselia using PKhex on Pokemon Platinum. I am not sure how to do this since they are roaming Pokemon. I also tried to look them up using PokeFinder for PIDs but I could not find PIDs for those two in shiny forms. I wanted Modest and Timid for Mesprit and Bold for Cresselia.

 

Does anyone have any resource on how to properly do this?
