Event flag for NPC GS Ball discussion in USUM?

I'm wondering what the event flag is for the GS Ball discussion of the two NPCs located on Akkala Island's Ferry Terminal.

Also, do the 3DS Pokemon games like USUM (and other Pokemon games for that matter) record your dialog choices from conversations?
