Request: AR Code that removes the need for HMs

Hi,

so i played black 2 and used an action replay code that removes the need for almost every HM. I thought it would be nice if there was a code like this for other games like ORAS, XY, HGSS or DPPt. The code i am reffering to is:

I am already sorry if it is not allowed to talk about AR codes and for my bad english. 

It would be very cool if someone knows a code or can create one (if thats possible).
