FireRed and LeafGreen .sav files not opening in PKHeX - Official Cartridge Saves. Previously Functioning

I recently started a playthrough of Fire Red again and wanted make a  few changes using PKHeX but I am getting the message "Binary is not compatible with save file. Current SAV Generation: 3"

My cartridges are legitimate, and I play them on a Gameboy Advance and save directly in the game. I use Epilogue Operator to backup save files from my cartridges, and have previously successfully edited Leaf Green .SAV files, but now when I open even those files that have previously worked I get the same error and I'm not sure what to do. I've included both the previously functioning Leaf Green file and the current Fire Red file.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

They are both filled with zeros. Try doing another backup or changing backup device.

I'll have to do some digging into that. Not at all sure how that's possible for the leaf green file since it's 2 years old and that exact file has been used previously in PKHeX

EDIT:  Not sure why, but after like, 3 uninstall/reinstalls of the  Epilogue Playback software it decided to work perfectly
