PKHeX (23.12.22) dont start

hey guys, first i have to say sorry for my bad english i'm german

PkHex dont start since the update, please help me

of course i had installed the NET 8.0 updates and restart my PC too but nothing happend when i click the exe file.. 

starting as admin doesn't work too.. no idea what i can do now but my son want many new XP Candys to make his PKMN stronger  please help me, for my son
