Seismic Toss Chansey doesn't seem to be legal. Help please.

Hello. Apparently, the only method to get a Chansey with seismic toss is breeding. I'd like to know if there's a way to simulate that information here in Pkhex. The only present error, according to the program, is that Seismic toss is not a valid move for Chansey, even though it is marked as an egg.

Try adding Seismic toss to the relearn move list.
