I need a completed pokemon emerald save file with all the legendaries captured (Or atleast the HOENN weather trio)

I need a copy of a completed emerald save file (in the .sav format not save states) in which all the legendaries have been captured if possible in shiny form (even a save file with only the HOENN weather trio would do). I don't care about the charactor name, which pokemon are in the party, the nicknames and where the player left off. it would be nice if the file also contains event pokemon.
