I need help editing overworld items in White 2

I'm working on a rom hack with a couple of friends for white 2. We wanted to move a few tms like energy ball or thief to shops as opposed to having them in the overworld or possibly changing the tms original location to a different item instead of the tm. I've been using the CTRMap tool for at very least viewing the overworld. I tried following tutorials by sauceyaTTA on Youtube, but those tutorials don't go into editing said items. Their tutorials only go into editing trainers using the trainer scripts. I tried to figure out where exactly the item scripts were in CTRmap but was unsuccessful. Does anyone have any clue either where the item scripts are using Tinke and how the hell I would edit said overworld items.
