Code for catching Ghost Marowak in Yellow

Hello! I've been browsing the internet a bit seeing if anybody has posted a code for Yellow which allows you to catch the Ghost Marowak in Pokemon Tower. I've seen threads online discussing ways to do it using event viewer on VBA, however I'm currently playing on 3DS VC using homebrew for cheats. Is there any code anyone is aware of that stops the Marowak from dodging the ball? I'd prefer to catch it myself rather than adding it via save editor, but I am aware there's a downloadable file of it on here if all else fails. Thanks to any with assistance!
