Regarding pokemon genning bot

When using these free bots on discord, they will send a pkhex file of the pokemon that i traded to it.

Does this pkhex files contain all information like the hiddens cant be seen in pkhex?

If i use the bot to trade back the pokemon with the file it send me, will i get back the same exact pokemon?
