Issue with Gen 4 Wonder Card being received

Hello.
I am having an issue with my Wonder Card in game showing as received when I edit my Wonder Card in Gen4.

For example, when I set the file as shown in the image above in Diamond, the third card, Suicune, is already received.

But in fact I can receive all three from the delivery person.
The same problem occurs with Pearl.

 

In HeartGold, when I set the file in the same way, the first Raikou is already received.

I tried to receive only Raikou from the deliveryman, saved and then checked the card.
Then I found that Entei had been received as well.

 

When I checked this data in PKHeX, I found that the received Raikou file was a mysterious error file.

The same problem occurs in SoulSilver.

 

I do not have this problem with Platinum.

 

I am using PKHeX 23.07.09.
I have set the pcd and pgt files respectively.

 

If anyone knows how to solve or cause this problem, please advise.
