Escape sequences for event gen 4 pokemon/legends/OTs.

Does anyone know the specifics of how escape sequences for Pokemon and their OTs work for gen 4 legendaries and event pokemon like TRU Arceus?

And how does this data change upon transfer to Gen 5 if it does at all?

 

I know that trash data in gen 4 can be erased at the name rater for the pokemon's nickname but that doesn't apply to events since they can't be nicknamed and I don't have any knowledge on the OT's escape sequence for gen 4 legendaries or events.

 

Also if possible the escape sequence pokemon/OTs for gen 5 events. I'm aware that there are some situations where an escape sequence for OTs isn't needed for gen 5 pokemon.

Also what does it mean when there's no OT escape sequence? Does that mean that literally no value is there, or is it defaulted to something like \FFFF\0000\0000 without terminating at the end?
