PkHex 2023.05.11 won't open

So I'm opening PkHex for the first time this year and saw that it needs to have .NET7 now, which was the error I encountered.

I downloaded the .net 7 from the error prompt and installed it successfully. 

Tried opening it, the app doesn't launch, no errors shown, and no error files created (like before if there was an issue).

Not sure how else I can debug this or check for other issues.

Any ideas?
